Branches open for walk-in visits
Northrim branches are open for lobby walk-in visits, but we encourage visits by appointment so we may maintain visitor numbers appropriate for social distancing to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. Please see branch listings on our Locations Page to schedule an appointment.
Please be aware that there are several scams involving messages by text or phone that inquire about federal payments being made to peoples' bank accounts. The Federal Trade Commission has issued a special advisory that can be found here. Fraudsters who initiate these communications prompt or ask recipients for confidential information needed to complete payment or verify account information. Do not provide confidential account information to these fraudsters. These are scams. Northrim will never initiate a text or call asking you to provide confidential account information.
Employee use of face coverings
In compliance with local, state and federal recommendations and mandates, Northrim Bank and Residential Mortgage employees are required to wear face masks.
We appreciate the support of our customers who have adapted to necessary changes we’ve made the past few months during this extraordinary time. Northrim has enacted several measures to ensure the health and safety of our customers and employees during the COVID-19 outbreak.
Branches are open using recommendations from local, state and federal agencies to guide us in our deliberate approach. We want to serve you in an open and interactive atmosphere with minimum disruption that protects you, our employees and communities.
- The total number of customers allowed in the branch at one time will be limited.
- We strongly encourage the wearing of masks.
- Counters and desks will be sanitized following customer visits.
- Customer touch points will be sanitized several times daily.
- Customer chairs will be positioned further apart for all transactions.
- Complimentary pens will be provided if needed and customers should keep them.
- Customers should maintain six feet of social distancing when visiting offices and branches.
We encourage the continued use of our our drive-ups or electronic services for your banking needs.

- Pay bills online
