Our loan customers will be able to access their loan account statements through Personal and Business Online Banking after the upgrade.
NEW!Debit MasterCard® with Chip Technology
After the system upgrade, you will receive a new Northrim Bank Debit MasterCard with chip technology. Your new chip card offers a more secure way to pay, at more places around the world.
NEW!Apple Pay™/Android Pay™/Samsung Pay®
This summer, we will launch Apple Pay, Android Pay and Samsung Pay. These services will allow you to use your mobile device to checkout at your favorite stores, where available. More information will be posted at northrim.com as the service is rolled out.
After the upgrade, watch for more information on our new People Pay service. This person-to-person retail ePayment product will allow you to make outgoing payments to an individual, as well as receive incoming payments from another individual.
We are in the process of updating the design of our website, and the new site will launch in May. The new website will be fully optimized for mobile, tablet and desktop. Our homepage will remain northrim.com, but many pages within our site will have new link addresses. Remember to update any links to specific pages you have saved as favorites after the new site is launched.
