Northrim Bank is proud to welcome three new officers and announce the promotion of an assistant branch manager. Northrim President and CEO Mike Huston is pleased to welcome Tom Boegeman, Kurt Mattle and Pernell Siver and congratulates Lisa Benson on her promotion.

Boegeman joined Northrim in January and has worked in commercial real estate for over 25 years. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance - Real Estate from Winona State University.
Mattle started at Northrim at the first of the year and has 33 years of banking experience throughout Southeast Alaska. A lifelong Alaskan, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Oregon State University.
Siver joined Northrim in December and has over 19 years of experience in banking. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Pensacola Christian College.
Benson has been with Northrim since 2019 and has over 23 years of experience in banking and finance. She is a member of the inaugural class of Northrim’s Leadership Academy in 2022.
