Northrim Bank is proud to announce the opening of a Loan Production Office in Nome and the hiring of Nome resident, Drew McCann, VP - Lending Branch Manager I. Northrim Chairman, President and CEO Joe Schierhorn is pleased to announce this new hire and expansion in Nome.
McCann joins Northrim Bank with ten years of experience in the financial industry. Most recently, he was the Director of the Nome Convention and Visitor Bureau. McCann is currently attending the University of Alaska Southeast, finishing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management. He volunteers with local organizations throughout the year, including the Food Bank, Boys & Girls Club, Alaska State Defense Force, Rotary Club of Nome and Lemonade Day Alaska.
The Nome Loan Production Office will open on March 30 and will be located on the first floor of the Bering Straits Native Corporation building on Front Street. The Nome Loan Production Office will be open to the public and provides lending-related services such as lending information and loan applications. Northrim Bank is pleased to expand our statewide coverage and respond to the demand for services in the Norton Sound region.
