Northrim Bank is proud to welcome new officers. Northrim President and CEO Mike Huston is pleased to announce the following updates:

  • Neddie Manabat - Branch Manager, Ketchikan Financial Center
  • Leigh Boado - Assistant Branch Manager, Float Pool
  • Michelle Rojas - Assistant Branch Manager, Ketchikan Financial Center
Shaughnessy joined Northrim in July and has over 20 years of experience in banking, 12 years in compliance. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology from the University of New York at Oswego. Shaughnessy also holds certifications as a Certified Community Bank Compliance Officer and Credit Union Compliance Expert. She volunteers with local food pantries and animal shelters.

Manabat started at Alaska Pacific Bank (APB) in August 2012 and became part of Northrim with the acquisition of APB in 2014. She has 17 years of experience in banking. Manabat holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce Major is Business Management from the University of the Assumption, Pampanga, Philippines. She volunteers with The Salvation Army Soup Kitchen and the Ketchikan Little League.

Boado joined Northrim in August and has 14 years of experience in banking with nine years in management. She is a volunteer at the Food Bank of Alaska, Habitat for Humanity and Citywide Cleanup.

Rojas started at Northrim in 2017 and has over 12 years of experience in banking. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Fernandez Colleges in Bulacan, Philippines.
